These terms apply to your use of btrotskyi.dev, the website of Bogdan Trotskyi, a freelance web developer based in Lutsk, Ukraine. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using the site

You may browse the site and share links to it. You may not copy large parts of it, use it to send spam or harmful code, try to break or overload it, or collect data from it with automated tools.

Content and ownership

The site's design, code, text and graphics belong to me unless stated otherwise. Screenshots, names and logos of client projects belong to their owners and are shown as examples of my work. Don't reuse them without the owner's permission.

Project information is not an offer

Prices, timelines and descriptions on the site are a guide, not a binding offer. A project starts only after we agree on scope, price and timeline in writing, either in a separate agreement or in a contract on a freelance platform such as Upwork. Those terms take priority over this page for the project itself.

Links to other sites

The portfolio links to live client websites and to profiles on other platforms. I don't control those sites and I'm not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

No warranty

I keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided as it is. I can't promise it will always be error-free or online, and information on it may change without notice.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Privacy

How I handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If you're a consumer, you keep any protections given to you by the law of the country you live in.
